What is your middle name? Do you rather be called by your middle name or not? If you could, what would you rather have as a middle name? Do you have more than 1 middle name like some people?
Let's chat about "middle names"! (IMG:http://www.deafonline2.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

My middle name is Ann. I got this after my mother's middle name. Ann really goes with my first name, Nancy since some of the spelling's the same. No, I don't want to change my middle name to anything else. (IMG:http://www.deafonline2.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
One thing that I like about my middle name is that a lot of famous people have Ann in their names, especially like Anne Sullivan or Anne Frank (except mine doesn't have an "e" in it). (IMG:http://www.deafonline2.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

My middle name is Marie. NOT an unusual middle name to be sure! It was supposed to be in memory of my mother's sister who died suddenly at age 15. The name is fine with me, after you are married you no longer need a middle name, anyway. (But don't get married just to get rid of your middle name!)

My middle name is Ann but it was supposed to have an "e" and it wasn't put on my birth certificate. Many family members are called by their middle names. My grandson has two middle names named after my son and my father. Whoops....I almost forgot...my granddaughter's middle name is DiAnn which was combined by her maternal grandmother's and my middle names. Her grandma's(Diane) and mine(Ann).

For some reason, my mother and her sisters gave the middle name Lynn to all their daughters. Now my daughter gives all her bay dolls that middle name!

My son's middle name is his dad's first name, Christopher, and my daughter's middle name is Jean because both grandmothers had that middle name.

Jewish people name children after deceased ancestors, so my middle name is Beth, after my maternal grandmother, Rebecca. I like it and I use it professionally.

My sister's middle name is Jo after our paternal grandfather, Joseph.

My son's is Kirk, after the greatest starship captain who never lived.

My daughter's is Dale after The Intimidator.

Hubby got rooked . . . no middle name, even though both his brothers have middle names.

I tipped in at a tad over 10 pounds and back in 1972, it was almost rare to have a 10 pound baby. Mom recalls having difficulty breathing when she was in labour because I was way too big for her size. Throughout her pregnancy, she had to wear Daddy's boxers and his t-shirts because she was only a size 4 and Daddy was a XL.

Marie Catherine. Well, the Marie is legal, the Catherine is my confirmation name (it's a Catholic thing, if you're lost). I'm perfectly happy with "Abby." (IMG:http://www.deafonline2.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
