It's not ESL, it's SEE.

ESL is referred to as "English as Second Language."

SEE is the one you're referring to, it's known as "Signed Exact English."

Besides, I personally support SEE because it does help you with English. ASL is no good when it comes to teaching English because they lack some of the important elements.

banjo, in general, all of the various english-based signs systems as a whole have educational outcomes superiour to ASL. Again, as a whole, they are just under the outcomes for Cued Speech.

I won't dare guess which one of the english-based sign system is best. I'll leave that for others to argue over.
